October 11, 2022 – The WFD and WFD regulations are about to be published in the Official Journal of the EU, after which deadlines for their effective application will be opened. It is therefore an ideal time to review its content and how it will be implemented.
In this context, DigitalES has organized this morning a training session on both regulations, by Deloitte Legal, exclusively for its associates. The conference included a very detailed presentation of the content of these rules, which will undoubtedly help to tackle the regulatory asymmetry that exists between telecommunications operators and large technology platforms. Not surprisingly, the level playing field, as a lever for competitiveness, is one of the main values pursued by the DigitalES association.
