The ultimate goal of DigitalES is to promote and highlight the great impact that digitalization has on our lives. Companies, businesses, citizens and public institutions need to know and take advantage of the digital tools and services that represent the biggest revolution, above the industrial one, so far known.
DigitalES companies represent a significant percentage of the national GDP, which makes us drivers of the Spanish economy, thanks to significant investments and their professionals.

Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is the executive body of the Association and is responsible for the management, administration and representation of the interests of the members.
It is also in charge of interpreting, complying with and enforcing the Bylaws and the resolutions adopted by the General Assembly. In addition, it must govern and direct the Association towards the fulfillment of its objectives.

General Assembly
The General Assembly is the supreme governing and decision-making body of the Association and is composed of all members. It shall meet at least once a year on an ordinary basis and as often as necessary on an extraordinary basis.
The Association’s management model is based on transparency and the provision of information to members in all decision-making processes.
