1. Information about the processing of your data by DigitalES.

DigitalES is deeply committed to complying with the Spanish personal data protection regulations and therefore strictly complies with the guidelines of the European Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter, “.RGPD“) and with the national regulations on the subject (hereinafter, “LOPD“), and ensures the correct use and processing of the personal data of the users of the DigitalES website (hereinafter, the “Web Site“).

We inform you that the data that the association requests or may request are necessary for the purposes described in this privacy policy and failure to provide them would make it impossible to contact you, manage the request you make or comply with the existing relationship between you and DigitalES.

  • Based on the pre-contractual relationship between the company you represent and DigitalES, to manage your partnership.

In the event that you are an Associate and access the “Private Area” enabled on the Website, your data will also be processed:

  • On the basis of a legal obligation, to communicate information to public authorities, regulators or governmental bodies where required to do so by law, local regulation or in compliance with regulatory obligations.
  • On the basis of the contractual relationship maintained between the company you represent and DigitalES, to manage your association and answer the queries made.
  • Based on the legitimate interest of DigitalES, to send commercial communications related to the activity of the association that may be of interest to you.
  • Based on the express consent given by you, for the transfer of your contact data to the rest of Associates for the sending of commercial communications.

3. Target audience.

The personal data you provide may be communicated to third parties to which DigitalES is obliged to transmit information, such as public authorities, in order to comply with the requirements of such authorities and the applicable regulations, if any. Likewise, the contact data of Associates who have expressly consented to this, may be transferred to the rest of DigitalES Associates for advertising purposes.

DigitalES has appropriate policies and technical and organizational measures in place to safeguard and protect your personal data against unlawful or unauthorized access, accidental loss or destruction, damage, unlawful or unauthorized use and disclosure.

We will also take all reasonable precautions to ensure that our staff and employees who have access to your personal data have received appropriate training.

The period of conservation of your data will be determined according to the duration of your relationship with DigitalES and the periods established by law. In this sense, the criteria used by the association to set the retention periods of its data have been determined in accordance with the requirements established in the applicable legislation, regulations and normative guidelines, as well as the operational requirements of the association related to the correct management of the existing relationship with the different categories of data subjects.
