October 19, 2022. The automotive and mobility industry celebrated last night, for the second year in a row, the ‘Mobility and Automotive Night’.organized by ANFAC (association of vehicle manufacturers), FACONAUTO (dealer association), SERNAUTO (association of automotive suppliers) and IBERCAJA FOUNDATION (organization promoting sustainable mobility).

The event included the presentation of the Impulse Awards for Innovation in Sustainable Mobility, which are presided over by H.M. The King of Spain and whose jury president was, also for the second consecutive year, Eduardo Serra, president of DigitalES.

Aporta Challenge

A few hours earlier, our CEO Víctor Calvo-Sotelo attended, as a member of the Desafío Aporta jury, the evaluation session of the 10 finalists. Throughout the morning, each of the finalists presented their prototype for a maximum of 12 minutes.

Since 2017, the Aporta Award recognizes experiences that have been put into operation making use of public open data generated by Public Administrations that can also be combined with data generated by private entities. The objective is to encourage the reuse of public open data sets in the search for innovative, high-impact and useful solutions for the public or private sector.
