Vocational training for employment
We monitor the regulatory environment in order to promote a framework that encourages training with intensive use of new technologies. In addition, DigitalES is a founding member of the Joint Structure for the economy and digital economy sector.

LINE ACTIVITY
The following activities mark the nature of this line of work:
SECTORAL JOINT STRUCTURE
Within this public-private alliance, of which DigitalES is a founding member, we lead a working group that develops a training project for cloud administrators.
We also actively participated in the promotion of proposals for subsidized training, in the new models for collecting the training needs of companies and in the preparation of a new Sector Reference Plan.

DATA CENTER TRAINING
We have promoted, together with the State Public Employment Service (Servicio Público de Empleo Estatal (SEPE) and the State Foundation for Employment Training (FUNDAE), the development of FP Dual training plans to cover the shortage of technicians in the sector.
