The Board of Directors is the executive body of the Association and is responsible for the direction, administration and representation of the interests of the members.
It is also responsible for interpreting, fulfilling and enforcing the Statutes and the agreements that are taken at the General Assembly. In addition, it must govern and direct the Association towards the fulfillment of its objectives.
The position of President of the Board of Directors will last for two years, and may be re-elected for periods of equal duration, up to a maximum of six years.

The General Assembly is the supreme governing and decision-making body of the Association and is composed of all partners. It will meet at least once a year in an ordinary manner and as many times as necessary in an extraordinary manner.
The management model of the Association is based on transparency and due information to the associates in all the decision-making processes.
