The Management Board is the executive body of the Association and takes responsibility for the management, administration and representation of members' interests. It is also responsible for interpreting, complying with and enforcing the bylaws and agreements taken at the General Assembly. What's more, it governs and guides the Association towards the fulfilment of its goals. The Chair of the Management Board will hold office for two years and may be re-elected for two-year periods up to a maximum of six years.

The General Assembly is the supreme governing and decision-making body of the Association and is made up of all members. It will convene at least once a year for ordinary meetings and as many times as necessary for extraordinary meetings. The Association's management model is based on transparency and information provided to members in all decision-making processes.
