We want to bring technology and its benefits to all people in order to build fairer, more prosperous and sustainable societies.

DIGITAL INCLUSION. Digitalization must serve to improve people’s lives and fight inequality. We need all people, regardless of their status, to have equal access and training to take advantage of the benefits of technology. Accessibility, inclusiveness, digital skills and responsible use are part of DigitalES’ action policies.

TRAINING AND EMPLOYABILITY. Developing digital skills is necessary, but not sufficient. Our country needs companies and institutions to collaborate to ensure that these acquired skills are aligned with the needs of today’s labor market.

Other programs

Aware that minors and teenagers can access digital content aimed at adults, putting their personal and emotional development at risk, we support the request for a State Pact to protect minors and adolescents on the Internet and social networks, committed to building a safer and more responsible digital environment among all the companies and public administrations involved.

We gathered around a round table discussion with third sector organizations to share success stories in which digitization has been key, and to identify needs where technology can generate a significant change.

We address issues of great social relevance, such as the digital footprint in adolescents, the inclusion of migrants, digital accessibility for people with functional diversity or the impact of technology on mental health.

DigitalES participates in the digital skills training project POR TALENTO DIGITAL, aimed at people with disabilities promoted by Fundación ONCE.

The objective is to multiply the job prospects of people with disabilities, offering them a gateway to one of the sectors with the best employment prospects and better pay.

More than 5,500 people with disabilities received training in highly employable digital subjects last year.

DigitalES is working on a public-private plan to bring connectivity and technological services to rural areas. This project seeks to boost the local economy, curb depopulation and attract remote professionals.

A first step has been the collaboration agreement with the government of Andalusia, which we hope other autonomous communities will join.

They are ready, they are smart and they want it all NOW. They are “Generation A”, those girls who are called to lead the next technological change. They are the engineers, computer scientists and mathematicians of tomorrow. The future is written with “A”.
