We work on initiatives focused on formalizing and strengthening the relationship between the business and academic worlds.

In addition, we seek employment models based on flexibility and knowledge, as elements of differentiation and competitiveness of organizations in the digital era.

The employers’ association is a founding member of the Sectoral Joint Structure of the Digital Economy and Industry Sector, the first and only joint structure ever set up, and has built up a wide network of top-level collaborators. Three of the axes around which we act in the field of education are: training for employment (revision of qualifications, Dual FP, re-skilling…), modernization of the classrooms themselves (ATECA project) and teacher training.

Employment and talent

Digital labor and employment

We collaborate in initiatives and experiences to bring the educational and vocational training system closer to the business world through its technological talent needs.

DigitalEs participates in the “Microcreds Plan” of the Ministry of Universities, with the design and development proposal of Microcredentials related to the technological and digital sector.

We analyze and elaborate recommendations on the application of disruptive technologies in training, both in the corporate environment and in the continuous training of workers, with special attention to the use of artificial intelligence.

It is the Autonomous Regions which, through the Extraordinary Territorial Cooperation Program Vocational Training Plan for Economic and Social Growth and Employability, select, coordinate, execute and justify the operations, in coordination with the public vocational training centers benefiting from these classrooms. There are currently more than 200 ATECA classrooms in Spain.

We analyze the impact of softskills on employee training.

Professionalizing and promoting academic guidance among secondary and high school students will help to encourage STEM vocations in Spain. For this reason, we collaborate with the Bertelsman Foundation in “Companies that inspire” and with the LEDU League in its various debate competitions. Our mission is twofold: to help young people find a technological vocation, and to strengthen ties in order to create a pool of future professionals who can fill the vacancies in our sector. It is our FUTURE VOICES program.

We work to achieve employment models based on flexibility and knowledge.
We develop proposals that favor the digitalization of rural Spain and identify emerging jobs in our sector.
