DigitalES maintains strong relationships with the different actors in the public sphere, including public administrations and regional entities, as well as civil society.
Regulation and taxation
We work on the preparation of positions, amendment proposals, regulatory analyses, informational notes, and responses to consultation and public hearing procedures.
We advocate for a fair and equitable tax system for a highly regulated sector and promote tax policies that encourage innovation, investment, and growth.
Digital regulation
We address regulatory aspects related to digitalization and new technologies and their development outlook, in areas such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, sustainability, and emerging technologies.
We dedicate a special group to cybersecurity issues (NIS2 transposition, Comprehensive Cybersecurity Law, Public-Private Cooperation Forum on Cybersecurity,
Cyber Security Act, Solidarity Act, Post-quantum Cryptography). Our main objective is to influence legislation in the processing stage, defending the common interests of our members, while also promoting meetings with key decision-makers and influencers to convey the association’s positions.
